Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented CP Manager to manage and expand our
channel partner network. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with channel partners, driving sales through them, and ensuring consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with existing channel partners (brokers, agents, consultants).
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the network.
- Drive sales targets through channel partners and ensure revenue generation.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and site visits with channel partners.
- Provide product training and support to channel partners.
- Track partner performance and ensure target achievement.
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for campaigns and lead generation.
- Maintain proper records of channel partner activities and closures.
- Handle negotiations and ensure smooth deal closures.
- Ensure timely payment collection through partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in channel sales or channel partner management.
- Strong network of channel partners/brokers in the real estate industry.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them through partners.
- Good understanding of property documentation and closing processes.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Ability to work on targets and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Presentable personality with a professional approach.
- Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates preferred.
- Two-wheeler/own vehicle (preferred for site visits).
Skills Required:
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
● Good knowledge of real estate market trends (preferred).
● Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
● Ability to handle multiple partners and work under pressure.
● Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
