Key Responsibilities
- Own monthly team revenue and personal revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives.
- Drive daily closing calls, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions.
- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales funnels.
- Ensure strong CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and sales process compliance.
- Drive daily and weekly team commitments with high accountability.
- Mentor the team through live call coaching, objection handling, and performance reviews.
- Build a high-performance, ethical, and execution-focused sales culture.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of Inside Sales experience with at least 2 years in a team management role.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving team revenue targets.
- Strong coaching, forecasting, and sales management skills.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or high-ticket B2C sales is preferred.
- Data-driven, process-oriented, and passionate about building winning teams.
