At Segumento, we’re building a high-performance, fast-moving team in the data and marketing tech space. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an HR Intern who’s curious, proactive and excited to get hands-on exposure to how modern HR works in a scaling organization.

Support end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

Coordinate with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience

Assist in onboarding and employee documentation

Help drive employee engagement initiatives and internal events

Maintain and update HR databases and trackers

Work closely with the HR team on day-to-day operations and special projects

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with attention to detail

Proactive, eager to learn and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
