Key Responsibilities
- Edit and enhance wedding, event, portrait, maternity, baby, family, and lifestyle photographs.
- Perform color correction, exposure correction, white balance, cropping, and image enhancement.
- Maintain consistent color tones and visual style across complete wedding assignments.
- Perform professional skin retouching while maintaining a natural appearance.
- Select and process the best photographs from large batches of images.
- Prepare photographs for albums, social media, websites, and client deliveries.
- Follow the company's editing style and creative guidelines.
- Coordinate with photographers and the post-production team to understand project requirements.
- Complete assigned projects within agreed timelines.
- Maintain proper file organization, naming conventions, backups, and export specifications.
- Review edited photographs for quality, consistency, and technical errors before delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
- Good understanding of color correction, color grading, and skin retouching.
- Knowledge of professional wedding photography editing workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to handle large volumes of photographs efficiently.
- Good understanding of composition, lighting, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work under deadlines without compromising quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in wedding or event photography editing.
- Knowledge of album designing.
- Experience with AI-assisted photo editing tools.
- Knowledge of Lightroom presets and Photoshop actions.
- Basic understanding of cinematic color grading and creative image processing.
