Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Schedule and manage candidate interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
