We are looking for a warm, confident, highly responsive and dependable First Response Executive (FRE) who can respond to new enquiries promptly, understand the lead’s requirement, ask the right initial questions and ensure that every genuine enquiry is handled professionally.
This is not simply a calling position. It is a first-response and lead-qualification role for someone who understands that speed, communication, accurate information and consistent follow-up are essential to creating a strong first impression.

About the Role
The First Response Executive will be the first point of contact for incoming leads and enquiries. The role is responsible for responding quickly, understanding the basic requirement of the lead, conducting the initial qualification and ensuring a smooth handover to the appropriate team.
The person in this role must be comfortable with a high-response environment where new enquiries need to be addressed without unnecessary delay.
· Respond promptly to new leads and incoming enquiries.
· Return missed calls and messages at the earliest possible opportunity.
· Prioritise new enquiries and maintain timely initial and follow-up communication.
· Understand the lead’s basic concern and requirement.
· Ask relevant qualification and screening questions during the call.
· Record accurate lead information and ensure proper handover to the concerned team.
· Coordinate with Medical Sales Counsellors, Patient Coordinators and other relevant teams.
· Maintain professional, warm and reassuring communication throughout the interaction.
Key Responsibilities1. First Response to New Leads
· Respond to new leads quickly and professionally.
· Ensure no genuine enquiry is unnecessarily left unanswered.
· Return missed calls and messages at the earliest possible opportunity.
· Maintain a fast, prompt and consistent response to new leads.
2. Lead Qualification & Initial Screening
· Understand the reason for the enquiry.
· Ask relevant initial questions to understand the lead better.
· Capture basic details required for further coordination.
· Identify the lead’s requirement and readiness for further discussion.
· Ask questions clearly and naturally rather than making the conversation sound mechanical.
3. Gynecomastia Lead Screening
· Understand the patient’s concern.
· Ask how long the concern has been present.
· Ask whether the patient has previously consulted a doctor or taken any treatment.
· Ask the area where the patient lives.
· Ask the patient’s age and occupation/work.
· Ask whether the patient does heavy lifting, gym or strenuous physical activity.
· Understand whether the patient is looking specifically for a surgical solution or wants to explore options.
· Ask about the patient’s expected consultation timeline.
· Check whether the patient is comfortable visiting Célèbre Aesthetics, Gota.
4. Lead Handover & Coordination
· Share relevant lead information accurately with the concerned team member.
· Coordinate with Medical Sales Counsellors and other concerned teams for the next step.
· Ensure that important information gathered during the first call is not lost during handover.
· Follow up internally when required so that the lead receives the appropriate next response.
5. Follow-Up
· Maintain timely follow-up with leads as required.
· Respond to replies and callbacks promptly.
· Keep track of pending responses and follow-ups.
· Do not allow leads to remain unattended because of delayed communication.
6. Communication & Information Handling
· Provide only approved and accurate information.
· Do not diagnose, make medical conclusions or promise treatment outcomes.
· Escalate medical or clinical questions to the appropriate authorised team member.
· Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while communicating with leads.

Essential Requirements
· Graduate or diploma holder from a recognised institution.
· Fluent spoken English, Hindi and Gujarati.
· Ability to read and write professional English.
· Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication.
· Professional grooming and confident communication.
· Warm, pleasant and reassuring demeanour.
· Basic computer knowledge.
· Comfortable maintaining lead records and follow-up information.
· Comfortable working full-time and on-site at Gota, Ahmedabad.
· Willingness to work Monday to Saturday.
· Relevant experience in lead handling, calling, customer service or healthcare is preferred.
