About the Role
Bytewave Technology is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our US & Canada Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying qualified IT and Non-IT professionals seeking job opportunities, generating quality leads through LinkedIn and other job portals, maintaining accurate candidate data, and coordinating closely with the Business Development team to ensure a smooth candidate engagement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and generate high-quality candidate leads through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
- Identify qualified IT and Non-IT professionals actively looking for opportunities in the US and Canada job markets.
- Screen candidate profiles by verifying:
- Educational qualifications
- Graduation/Passing year
- Technical skills
- Work experience
- Visa/Work authorization (where applicable)
- Reach out to prospective candidates through cold messages, LinkedIn InMail, emails, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information, interactions, and lead status using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Coordinate daily with the Business Development (BDE) team by sharing qualified leads and providing regular updates.
- Follow up with candidates to keep engagement active and collect any missing information.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of candidate data before forwarding it to the recruitment or BDE team.
- Prepare daily and weekly lead generation reports and maintain performance metrics.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and online job portals.
- Strong internet research and profile screening abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT and Non-IT job roles.
- Ability to identify genuine job seekers and evaluate candidate profiles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve daily lead generation targets.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in lead generation, recruitment, sourcing, or US staffing is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
