About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits, client meetings, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Meet potential clients and present company products/services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and visit updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred).
