Job Title:
Pool Lifeguard
Role Summary:
The Pool Lifeguard will conduct swimming lessons for students while managing the swimming facility and coordinating the school’s after-school sports programs. The role requires a strong focus on student safety, program quality, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct structured swimming lessons across age groups and skill levels
Ensure pool safety, hygiene, and supervision at all times
Oversee daily swimming pool operations and coordinate maintenance
Manage after-school sports schedules, student attendance, and supervision
Coordinate with external coaches and act as a point of contact for parents
Support school sports events and competitions as required
Requirements:
Certified swimming coach with experience teaching children
Strong knowledge of swimming safety and child safeguarding
Ability to manage facilities, schedules, and multiple stakeholders
Prior school or sports academy experience preferred
Good communication and organisational skills
Working Hours:
School hours plus after-school program hours; flexibility required during events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
