About the Role:-
We are seeking a skilled and certified Drone Operator with 0–3 years of experience to
support our expanding public-sector, disaster management, and government-focused
geospatial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong drone piloting skills, good
understanding of DGCA regulations, and hands-on experience operating drones for
surveys, inspections, and emergency response scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
Drone Operations s Field Work
Operate drones (multi-rotor/fixed-wing) for aerial surveys, mapping, inspections,
and data collection across government/public-sector projects.
Capture high-quality aerial imagery, videos, thermal scans (if required), and
geospatial data.
Conduct pre-flight/post-flight checks, manage flightlogs, and ensure safe drone
operations at all times.
Assistfire departments, disaster response teams, and emergency units by
providing real-time aerialfootage and situational awareness during incidents
(advantage).
Compliance s Safety
Ensure strict compliance with DGCA guidelines, NPNT requirements, and local
flying permissions.
Adhere to safety protocols and perform risk assessments before each flight.
Maintain up-to-date regulatory documentation and assist in securing flight
permissions when required.
Data Handling s Reporting
Manage drone data (images, videos, survey data), organize field outputs, and
coordinate with data processing/GIS teams.
- Support creation of orthomosaics, 3D models, thermal maps, or incident
reports when part of emergency operations.
Provide timely daily/weekly mission updates and documentation.
Client s Stakeholder Coordination
Work at government/client locations (municipal bodies, fire C disaster
departments, infrastructure agencies).
Liaise with engineers, officials, fire department staff, and project managers
during field activities.
Shift s Mobility
Work in rotational shifts based on operational needs.
Travel to project/field sites regularly within Pune
Required Skills s Qualifications
0-3 years of drone piloting experience, ideally involving field surveys,
inspections, or public-sector projects.
Valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) – mandatory.
Strong experience operating drones for government, infrastructure, civic, or
public-sector projects.
Understanding of drone-based mapping, photogrammetry, and basic geospatial
workflows.
Knowledge of DGCA safety norms, NPNT, and regulatory procedures.
Ability to work in outdoor, on-ground field environments.
Good communication skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
