Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Operations Associate to oversee the day-to-day operational activities of our Hyderabad store.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between customers, vendors, warehouse, logistics partners, and internal teams while maintaining high operational efficiency and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and takes complete ownership of daily execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations
- Manage day-to-day operational activities of the Hyderabad store.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Warehouse, Procurement, Dispatch, and Management.
- Monitor daily operational workflow and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure all assigned operational tasks are completed within timelines.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Track inward and outward stock movement.
- Perform regular inventory reconciliation and stock audits.
- Coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment.
- Identify slow-moving, damaged, or low-stock inventory.
Purchase & Procurement
- Coordinate with vendors for material procurement.
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up on pending deliveries.
- Verify inward materials and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Ensure purchase documentation is properly maintained.
Dispatch & Logistics
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules.
- Ensure all orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and proactively update customers regarding delivery status.
- Resolve dispatch delays and logistics-related issues.
Customer Experience
- Respond to customer queries regarding orders, deliveries, dispatch timelines, and product availability.
- Provide timely updates throughout the order lifecycle.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Vendor Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and logistics partners.
- Coordinate deliveries and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure vendor commitments and timelines are met.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and maintain:
- Daily Operations Report
- Inventory Report
- Dispatch Report
- Purchase Tracker
- Pending Orders Report
- Vendor Follow-up Tracker
- Customer Delivery Tracker
- Weekly Operations Summary
- Monthly Operations Report
Maintain accurate operational documentation for management review.
Process Improvement
- Identify operational bottlenecks.
- Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain high operational standards across the Hyderabad store.

Preferred Qualifications
