Job description:
Experience
- 10-20+ years in HVAC service industry
- Exposure to AMC, service operations, retrofit & large commercial/industrial projects
- 4–8 years in team leadership role
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of chillers, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU & ventilation systems
- Installation, testing & commissioning (T&C)
- Maintenance, troubleshooting & BMS integration
- Familiarity with ISHRAE / ASHRAE / NBC standards
Leadership & Operations
- Lead service engineers & technicians
- Handle key client relationships & vendors
- Manage P&L, budgeting & service KPIs
- Drive AMC growth & service business expansion

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
