Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive School Administrator to oversee daily school operations, ensure smooth administrative functioning, and support academic excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff coordination, student services, compliance, and communication with parents and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the school
- Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff for smooth functioning
- Oversee student admissions, attendance, and records management
- Ensure compliance with CBSE/education board norms and regulations
- Handle parent queries, grievances, and communication effectively
- Maintain school documentation, reports, and official records
- Support event planning, examinations, and school activities
- Monitor discipline, safety, and overall school environment
- Supervise front office and administrative staff
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education/Admin preferred)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and school management software
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in reputed CBSE/ICSE schools
- Familiarity with school ERP systems
- Strong coordination and team management ability
