Experience : 2-5 years

Location : Chennai T nagar
- Coordinate with installation technicians for site visits and project schedules
- Assign daily work orders for uPVC window/door installation or repairs
- Communicate with customers regarding
- Installation timelines
- Service requests
- Complaints or maintenance issues
- rack progress of ongoing installations
- Ensure materials (frames, fittings, glass, hardware) are available on time
- Service reports
- Technician attendance
- Customer feedback
- Handle after-sales service and warranty claims
