Prajakt Life Sciences is seeking a qualified and experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage manufacturing operations at our production facility. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of formulation and manufacturing processes along with hands-on experience in production management and quality coordination.
Educational Qualification:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Chemistry
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in production and manufacturing operations.
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates with experience in the following sectors will be preferred:
- Animal Medicines
- Poultry Medicines
- Pharmaceuticals
- Fertilizers
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities.
- Handle product formulation and manufacturing processes efficiently.
- Ensure proper batch control, production records, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team for maintaining product quality standards.
- Monitor production schedules, raw material utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and smooth workflow within the production department.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of formulation and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of production planning and batch processing.
- Good coordination, leadership, and team management abilities.
- Ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and process control.
Salary
- ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- (Salary may vary based on experience and skill set.)
