Job Title: Technical Services Officer
The Technical Service Officer is responsible for providing technical support to customers regarding steel products, ensuring product performance meets customer requirements, and acting as a bridge between customers, production, quality assurance, and sales teams. The role includes handling customer complaints, conducting technical inspections, supporting new product development, and improving customer satisfaction through technical expertise.
Responsibilities:-
Daily meetings with IHB – (Individual House Builders), Influencers (masons, Contractors & engineers) in the assigned region to generate Sales for TMT Bars as per the Monthly targets assigned.
Enrollment of Engineers, masons & Contractors & IHB in the company’s CRM system
Ensure all visits are completed as per the PJP (Pre-journey plan) assigned by the Manager. There must be minimum 8 unique visits to be completed per day.
Update all visit reports in CRM system.
Conducting local meets for Masons, Engineers, Contractors, Architects Etc.
Experience: Minimum Experience - 2 Years+ in techno Sales / BD / Lead Generation & Conversion in cement industry or building material, Grey Cement
Qualification – Diploma or B. Tech in Civil
Candidates must have their own two-wheeler for Market visits (reimbursement as per company policy)
Salary: 4.5LPA
