Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Forex Operations & Cashier to manage foreign exchange transactions, cash handling, and operational activities while ensuring compliance with RBI and company policies. The role requires accuracy, excellent customer service, and adherence to operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle foreign currency purchase and sale transactions.
- Manage cash receipts, payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Verify customer KYC documents and ensure compliance with RBI/FEMA guidelines.
- Process inward and outward remittances, travel cards, and forex-related transactions.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and operational reports.
- Balance cash and foreign currency inventory at the end of each day.
- Coordinate with banks, internal teams, and branches for smooth operations.
- Address customer queries related to forex products and services.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards.
- Support branch operations and administrative activities as required.

Qualification:

- Experience in Forex, Banking, Money Exchange, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Hands-on experience with forex transactions, cash handling, and branch operations.
