Job Summary
The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the company's employees, visitors, assets, and premises. The role includes monitoring security operations, maintaining discipline within the plant, supervising security personnel, and ensuring compliance with all safety and security procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the overall security of the plant premises.
- Supervise security guards and ensure proper deployment across all locations.
- Maintain discipline among employees, contractors, and visitors within the plant.
- Control entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare incident reports.
- Ensure adherence to company security policies and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with HR, Administration, and other departments on security-related matters.
- Conduct regular security inspections and identify potential risks.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to any suspicious activity.
- Verify gate passes, visitor records, and vehicle movement.
- Ensure emergency preparedness and assist during fire, medical, or other emergency situations.
Qualifications
- 12th Pass (preferred).
- Experience in industrial security, manufacturing, or steel plant operations is preferred.

Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts, including day and night shifts, as required.
- Regular patrolling and monitoring of plant premises.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
