Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of beverages.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and equipment.
- Monitor beverage stock and inform the supervisor of shortages.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Support the team during busy periods and maintain smooth operations.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of barista/F&B experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
