Job Description - Inside Sales Executive (US Mortgage Industry)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office - 5 Days a Week)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to support our growth in the US Mortgage Services market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective clients within mortgage lending, mortgage servicing, title & settlement, and related financial services sectors across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients within the US mortgage ecosystem.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls for senior sales leadership.
- Engage with Directors, VPs, SVPs, COOs, and Operations Leaders.
- Prepare introductory presentations and capability documents.
- Track prospect interactions and opportunities in CRM.
- Monitor industry trends and maintain prospect databases.
- Meet monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 2–6 years of Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation experience.
- Experience working with US clients preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in US time zones.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Mortgage BPO, Mortgage Operations, Title & Settlement Services, Financial Services, or BFSI.
- Exposure to outbound sales and appointment setting for US markets.
- Knowledge of US Mortgage Origination, Servicing, Title, or Default Services is a strong advantage.
