About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and globally oriented International University Relationship Manager to strengthen and expand our international academic partnerships. The role involves developing and managing relationships with foreign universities, coordinating international academic collaborations, facilitating leadership visits, supporting student mobility initiatives, and executing strategic partnership activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, along with a willingness to travel internationally.
Key ResponsibilitiesInternational University Partnerships
- Identify, engage, and build strategic relationships with international universities and higher education institutions.
- Coordinate discussions for establishing academic collaborations, including MoUs, Dual Degree Programs, Joint Certifications, Student Exchange, Faculty Exchange, and Research Collaborations.
- Maintain regular communication with international university representatives and key stakeholders.
Academic Leadership Visits
- Plan and coordinate international academic leadership visits involving Vice Chancellors, Presidents, Deans, and senior university officials.
- Manage visit itineraries, meetings, logistics, presentations, and institutional engagements.
- Coordinate campus visits, networking sessions, and partnership discussions.
Student Immersion & Global Programs
- Coordinate international student immersion programs, study tours, summer/winter schools, and global exposure initiatives.
- Work closely with partner universities to ensure seamless execution of student mobility programs.
- Support documentation, scheduling, and communication related to international student engagement activities.
MoUs & Documentation
- Draft, review, and coordinate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and partnership documents.
- Maintain records of agreements, progress reports, and partnership deliverables.
- Ensure timely renewal and implementation of institutional collaborations.
Presentations & Reports
- Develop high-quality presentations, proposals, concept notes, partnership decks, and reports for international engagements.
- Prepare briefing documents for senior leadership before international meetings and visits.
- Generate periodic reports on partnership outcomes and international initiatives.
Travel & Representation
- Be willing to travel extensively within India and internationally for partnership meetings, conferences, academic events, and university visits.
- Represent the organization professionally while building long-term institutional relationships.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, International Relations, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in International Relations, University Partnerships, Academic Collaborations, Business Development, or Higher Education.
- Experience working with international universities or education organizations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
