We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll expert to join our HR Technology Support Center. The role will focus on solution architecture, application support, integrations, enhancements, automation, and technical leadership for Oracle Fusion Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Oracle Fusion Payroll support, enhancements, implementations & architecture
- Act as a technical SME for Payroll configuration, calculations, integrations & reporting
- Design scalable solutions aligned with Oracle best practices
- Work with OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL and vendor integrations
- Handle complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
- Support Oracle quarterly releases, testing and deployments
- Drive automation and AI-enabled Payroll solutions
- Support payroll balancing, reconciliation, costing, compliance & year-end activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams
- Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement.
