Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Molding Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting molding machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate molding machines (injection/blow/compression, as applicable) according to standard operating procedures
- Set up machines, including mold changes, parameter settings, and calibration
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults to the supervisor
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in molding machine operation (preferred)
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a team and meet production targets
Working Conditions
- Shift: Day shift (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Work environment: Manufacturing
- May require standing for long periods and handling machinery
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
