Photography & Content Creator Intern

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and trend-savvy Photography & Content Creator Intern to help us create engaging visual content for our yoga studio. If you love photography, videography, social media, and storytelling, this internship is a great opportunity to build your portfolio while working in a creative wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos.
- Create 15–20 engaging reels every month showcasing yoga classes, instructor tips, student experiences, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Develop creative content ideas and stay updated with Instagram and social media trends to suggest viral and engaging yoga-related reels.
- Capture professional photos and videos during classes, workshops, outdoor sessions, and special events.
- Edit videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Edit and retouch photographs using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content aligned with the Ujjayi Yoga Fitness brand.
- Produce content for multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, and X (Twitter).
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the studio's digital photo and video library.
- Stay updated on the latest photography, videography, and social media trends and implement fresh ideas.
Equipment Requirements
The candidate should have access to professional content creation equipment, including:
- DSLR or Mirrorless Camera
- Professional lenses suitable for indoor and outdoor shoots
- Gimbal/Stabilizer for smooth cinematic videos
- Tripod
- Basic lighting equipment (preferred)
- High-performance laptop for video editing (preferred)
Learning Opportunities

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of photography and videography fundamentals.
- Experience shooting with DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Basic photo editing skills using Lightroom or Photoshop.
- Ability to create cinematic, engaging, and social media-friendly content.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate original yoga and wellness content ideas.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience creating content for brands, fitness, yoga, or lifestyle pages.
- Portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and edited reels.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement.
- Experience with drone photography/videography is a bonus.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who doesn't just capture videos—but creates content that people love to watch and share. You should be passionate about wellness content, understand social media trends, and be able to bring fresh ideas to help grow Ujjayi Yoga Fitness across all digital platforms. Your primary goal will be to consistently produce 15–20 high-quality reels per month, along with photos and other creative content for our social media channels.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
