Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support both online and offline marketing activities. The candidate will assist in digital campaigns, social media coordination, content planning, event support, lead generation activities, branding, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
This role is suitable for someone who is enthusiastic about marketing, communication, brand building, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital / Online Marketing
- Assist in managing company social media pages such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Coordinate with designers/content creators for posts, reels, banners, brochures, and marketing creatives.
- Support in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Help maintain website content, blogs, landing pages, and product/service updates.
- Track basic digital marketing metrics such as engagement, reach, leads, and campaign performance.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and client communication drafts.
- Research industry trends, competitors, keywords, and marketing ideas.
2. Offline Marketing
- Support planning and execution of offline marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, roadshows, client meetings, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, branding material, standees, brochures, flyers, merchandise, and event collaterals.
- Assist the sales/business team with marketing material required for client visits and presentations.
- Help in maintaining brand visibility at partner locations, charging sites, offices, or event venues.
- Collect feedback, photos, and reports from offline campaigns and field activities.
3. Lead Generation & Coordination
- Assist in identifying potential customers, partners, events, and promotional opportunities.
- Support telecalling, email outreach, and follow-ups where required.
- Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, campaign reports, and lead trackers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to share campaign leads and track follow-up status.
4. Content & Brand Support
- Draft basic marketing content for social media, brochures, emailers, captions, website updates, and promotional material.
- Ensure consistency in brand language, logo usage, and communication style.
- Support internal communication and company announcements when required.
- Maintain organized records of marketing assets, creatives, photos, videos, and campaign documents.
Required Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, MS Office, or similar tools.
- Willingness to participate in offline activities, events, and field marketing when required.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, events, sales coordination, or business development support.
- Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
