- Source and screen candidates through job portals, references, and social media platforms.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and maintain active job listings.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates as per company requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker regularly.
- Handle onboarding documentation and assist new joiners during the joining process.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Ensure proper communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and share offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and recruitment-related information.
- Perform any other HR or recruitment-related responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
