Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to design outdoor spaces, including parks, gardens, residential complexes, commercial areas, and public spaces. The candidate should have strong design skills and the ability to plan aesthetically pleasing and functional environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop landscape plans for residential, commercial, and public projects
Prepare site plans, layouts, planting plans, and 3D visualizations
Conduct site analysis including environmental impact and sustainability
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients for project execution
Select appropriate materials, plants, and design elements
Ensure designs meet legal guidelines and safety standards
Visit project sites and monitor progress
Create presentations and design proposals for clients
Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar design software
Good knowledge of plants, materials, and landscape techniques
Strong creativity and visualization skills
Good communication and client-handling skills
Understanding of sustainability and environmental practices
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture / Architecture / Design
Relevant work experience in landscape projects
Portfolio of previous work is mandatory
Preferred Skills:
Experience in residential or commercial projects
Knowledge of irrigation systems and site execution
Ability to handle multiple projects

As per company standards (Depends on experience & skills)
