Essential Job Functions
- Analyze and review key metrics to identify payment trends and ensure compensation calculations and processes are accurate.
- Validate and organize large amounts of data for internal and external payments.
- Manage partner onboarding and partner updates, including banking, entity, A&A, and related information.
- Maintain residual payment schedules for accounting and audit purposes.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams on various AP/AR activities.
- Identify and recommend improvements to departmental processes.
- Monitor revenue portfolios and schedule changes to validate agent pricing and ensure accurate billing.
- Generate ad hoc reports and support new assignments as required.
- Monitor reports for anomalies resulting from process, product,or environmental changes.
- Facilitate process flow redesign and streamline associateddata tasks.
- Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and other teams onKPIs, dashboard reporting, and analytical tools to provideaccurate and relevant data.
- Drive process improvements and review workflows to ensurequality and adherence to internal standards.
- Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Entry-level experience with SQL queries.
- Knowledge of T-SQL.
- Experience with Stored Procedures.
- 1–4+ years of experience in a related commissions field orwithin the Payments Industry.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
