Shrenik Goyal Architects is looking for a technically proficient and highly organized Site Supervisor. This role is the bridge between our creative design studio and the physical execution on-site, ensuring every detail of our architectural and interior visions is built to perfection.
Role Overview
As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the "boots-on-the-ground" management of luxury residential and commercial projects. You must have a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of construction sequences, and the leadership skills to manage diverse teams of contractors and artisans.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Leadership: Direct all daily on-site activities, ensuring contractors and vendors stay on schedule and follow the design intent.
- Drawing Interpretation: Translate 2D CAD drawings, MEP layouts, and 3D visualizations into precise physical structures.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and "snag lists" to ensure all finishes—from bespoke joinery to stonework—meet our premium standards.
- Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for subcontractors, managing material deliveries and resolving workmanship issues.
- Reporting: Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager, including site photos and material tracking.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Experience: 5+ years in site supervision, specifically within high-end residential or interior fit-outs.
- Technical Savvy: High proficiency in reading blueprints; basic knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.
- Communication: Strong command of local languages (for labor management) and excellent conflict-resolution skills.
