Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
- Manage patient registration, appointments, and OPD scheduling
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and provide accurate information
- Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with doctors, case managers, and other departments
- Manage billing support and guide patients regarding procedures and payments
- Handle admission and discharge processes smoothly
- Maintain front office cleanliness and discipline
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Graduate (preferred)
- Proven experience in front office / receptionist role (hospital experience is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
