Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Plant HR Manager with a strong manufacturing background to manage end-to-end HR operations . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, industrial relations, statutory compliance, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and workforce planning while partnering closely with production and other plant functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the HR Business Partner for plant operations.
- Handle recruitment, manpower planning, and onboarding.
- Manage Industrial Relations (IR), employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
- Drive performance management, including KRA/KPI implementation and reviews.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Prepare HR MIS, reports, and workforce analytics.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams to align manpower with production requirements.
- Support productivity improvement initiatives and promote workplace discipline.
Requirements
- MBA (HR), MSW, or PGDM in HR.
- 8–10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in payroll coordination, HR operations, and performance management.
- Understanding of manufacturing practices such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and TPM.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
