- Execution & Oversight: Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure all work is executed according to project specifications.
- Labor Management: Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, monitor daily attendance, and assess productivity.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections to verify the quality of structural works and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety protocols (PPE usage, hazard removal) and conduct accident protocols in emergencies.
- Material & Resource Planning: Monitor the inventory of building supplies, oversee equipment deployment, and manage vendor billing or material requests.
- Reporting: Document daily work progress and report updates to the Construction Project Manager.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
