Position : Centralized PPC Head (Production Planning & Control)
Reporting To : Head- SCM
Purpose
To lead centralized production planning and control across all manufacturing plants, ensuring
optimum capacity utilisation, material availability, inventory control, and on-time customer
deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and monitor monthly, weekly, and daily production plans for all plants.
Align demand forecasts with production and capacity planning.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials through effective MRP and procurement
coordination.
Monitor inventory levels (RM, WIP, FG) and drive inventory optimisation.
Lead production scheduling and resource balancing across locations.
Ensure ERP master data accuracy (BOMs, Routings, Lead Times, Planning Parameters).
Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production, Quality, Stores, and Logistics teams.
Review OTIF delivery performance and implement corrective actions.
Drive planning process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and develop PPC teams across all manufacturing units.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain (preferred).
15+ years of experience in PPC/Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
Experience managing planning activities across multiple plants.
Pay: From ₹1,407,983.00 per year
