Regional Sales Manager – Solar EPC & Renewable Energy
Location: Chennai , Coimbatore
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced sales professional from the Solar, Renewable Energy, Solar EPC, Rooftop Solar, Solar Modules, Inverter, or Energy Solutions industry to drive business growth across Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry.
This role is ideal for candidates who have experience in solar sales, channel development, dealer management, EPC sales, or business development and are interested in growing with a fast-paced organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across assigned territories.
- Develop and manage channel partners, dealers, distributors, and installers.
- Identify and acquire new customers in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
- Build strong relationships with EPC partners, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Experience
- 5–8 years of sales or business development experience.
- Mandatory experience in one or more of the following:
- Solar EPC
- Rooftop Solar
- Renewable Energy
- Solar Modules
- Solar Inverters
- Energy Solutions
- Power Electronics
- Experience in channel sales, dealer development, or business development.
- Strong network within the solar or renewable energy ecosystem.

Candidates currently working as:
- Business Development Manager
- Area Sales Manager
