* Review and verify final GFC (Good for Construction) drawing sets before issue to site and client teams.
* Attend project kick-off meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
* Coordinate with client-side contractors and execution teams throughout the project lifecycle on behalf of the design team.
* Ensure timely submission of drawings, revisions, material details, and technical clarifications.
* Coordinate between design, estimation, and project execution teams for smooth workflow.
* Prepare and manage quantity take-offs (QTO) and drawing-based material quantity references.
* Maintain updated drawing registers, revision logs, and project documentation.
* Ensure all revised drawings are properly communicated to site and relevant stakeholders.
* Manage work schedules and task tracking for the design detailing team.
* Coordinate and monitor as-built drawing preparation and final documentation submissions.
* Maintain proper filing and archival of approved drawings, as-built drawings, BOQs, material approvals, and technical documents.
* Coordinate sample submissions, material approvals, mock-ups, and finish selections with clients and consultants.
* Ensure design intent is properly executed at site through continuous coordination and technical support.
* Conduct periodic site visits for design validation and coordination support.
* Support project managers and site engineers in resolving drawing-related and technical coordination issues.
* Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, site conditions, and execution feasibility.
Preferred Qualifications
* Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years experience in interior fit-out or commercial project coordination.
* Strong knowledge in GFC drawings, detailing, BOQ/QTO preparation, and execution coordination.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, and project documentation systems.
* Good communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, and contractors.
* Experience in office, retail, hospitality, or commercial interior projects preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
