Job Summary
Manufacturing is looking for a dedicated and trustworthy Purchase & Market Procurement
Executive who will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and collecting materials from various
vendors across the city.
This is a field-oriented role requiring extensive travel within the market on a daily basis. The ideal
candidate should be comfortable spending most of his working hours outside the office, coordinating
with vendors, collecting materials, comparing prices, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to the
factory or project sites.
Since the role involves handling cash purchases and company funds, honesty, loyalty, and accountability
are essential qualities.
Key Responsibilities
Market Procurement & Material Collection
Visit vendors and industrial markets daily to purchase and collect required materials.
Procure engineering and industrial materials such as:
Bearings
MS fabrication parts
Castings
Silicon and industrial consumables
Fasteners, hardware, and electrical items
Purchase office and production consumables including paints, colours, lights, tools, and
maintenance items.
Coordinate colour matching and sample collection as required by the production team.
Ensure timely transportation and delivery of materials to the factory or site.
Vendor Coordination
Develop relationships with local suppliers and vendors.
Compare quotations and negotiate for competitive pricing.
Identify new suppliers and alternate sources when required.
Cash Handling & Documentation
Handle company purchase advances responsibly.
Maintain proper records of bills, invoices, and cash expenses.
Submit purchase reports and expense statements on time.
Required Skills
Basic technical understanding of mechanical, fabrication, and industrial materials.
Ability to identify engineering components and purchase the correct materials.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with local industrial markets will be an advantage.
Basic smartphone and WhatsApp usage skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in purchasing, procurement, stores, fabrication, manufacturing, engineering, or
industrial products.
Freshers with good technical understanding and willingness to work in the market may also
apply.

Important Note
This is primarily a market-based field job. Candidates should be comfortable travelling throughout the
