Job Title: MERN Stack Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and passionate MERN Stack Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in developing modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have experience working on 2–3 live production projects, preferably E-commerce applications, and be capable of handling complete application development from frontend to backend.
The candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL). Experience in building scalable REST APIs, integrating third-party services, managing databases, and deploying applications is essential.
Candidates with experience in E-commerce platforms, Admin Panels, ERP, or SaaS applications will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN Stack.
- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
- Develop secure and scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
- Build and maintain E-commerce applications including:
- Product Management
- Category Management
- Inventory Management
- Shopping Cart
- Wishlist
- Checkout
- Order Management
- Customer Management
- Payment Gateway Integration
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT/OAuth.
- Integrate payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.
- Integrate Email, SMS, Firebase, and Push Notification services.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud or VPS servers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
- Experience working on at least 2–3 live MERN Stack projects.
- Strong expertise in:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
- Experience designing and managing both MongoDB (NoSQL) and MSSQL (Relational Database).
- Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
- TypeScript knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Experience using Redux or Context API.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
- Experience implementing JWT Authentication and Role-Based Access Control.
- Good understanding of Git and GitHub.
- Experience with API integration and third-party services.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
Database Skills
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with both NoSQL and Relational databases.
