AI Video Creator Intern – JJW Cartoon Episodes
Location: Paras Trinity, Sector 63, Gurugram

About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative, smart, and technically skilled AI Video Creator Intern to help bring our JJW cartoon episodes to life.
This is not a role for someone who simply knows how to type prompts into an AI tool. We are looking for someone who can take a provided script and visualise how the story should look on screen—including scenes, character actions, expressions, camera angles, movements, environments, and overall storytelling.
You should be curious about AI, quick to learn new tools, productive, disciplined, and excited about experimenting with new ways of creating content.
An experienced candidate would be a bonus, but freshers with strong AI skills, knowledge, creativity, and a solid portfolio are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert provided JJW cartoon scripts into visually engaging AI-generated video episodes.
- Creatively visualise scenes and decide how each moment should look on screen.
- Generate high-quality images, characters, backgrounds, environments, and visual assets using AI tools.
- Convert images and concepts into dynamic AI-generated video sequences.
- Create engaging character actions, expressions, movements, and interactions.
- Plan and generate appropriate shots, including close-ups, wide shots, zooms, pans, tracking shots, and cinematic camera movements.
- Maintain consistency in characters, costumes, environments, props, and overall visual style across multiple scenes.
- Experiment with different prompts, models, workflows, and AI tools to achieve the best possible output.
- Suggest creative improvements or better visual approaches to the provided script when appropriate.
- Work efficiently to produce content in a fast-paced and constantly evolving startup environment.
- Perform basic editing, sequencing, transitions, sound synchronisation, and visual corrections when required.
- Upscale, enhance, and refine AI-generated visuals to maintain high-quality output.
- Stay updated with new AI models, tools, and content-generation workflows.
Must-Have Technical Skills
Candidates shall have practical knowledge or exposure to the following tools:
- ChatGPT – prompting, ideation, and workflow creation
- Google Gemini – image generation and AI workflows
- Seedance – AI video generation
- Kling – image-to-video and video generation
- ElevenLabs – AI voice generation and voice workflows
Knowledge of additional tools will be a strong advantage, including:
- Veo
- Hailuo
- Runway
- Pika
- Luma
- Magnific
- Midjourney
- Flux
- Stable Diffusion
- ComfyUI
- Other AI image, video, enhancement, animation, or voice-generation tools
What We Are Looking ForCreative & Technical Ability
- Strong understanding of AI image and video generation.
- Ability to write and refine effective prompts.
- Good creative visualisation and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to understand a script and imagine how it should translate into scenes and shots.
- Basic understanding of composition, lighting, camera angles, motion, and cinematic framing.
- Ability to maintain visual consistency across a sequence of generated content.
- Willingness to experiment and iterate until the output is right.
Editing Skills – Bonus
Basic knowledge of video editing will be an added advantage.
Exposure to tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software is a bonus.

Portfolio Requirement – Mandatory
All applicants must share a portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work.
Your portfolio can include:
- AI-generated videos

- Image-to-video projects
- Character animation
- Cartoon or animated content
- Cinematic shots and camera movements
- Storytelling or scene visualisation
- Prompt-to-output examples
- Before-and-after enhancement work
- Personal, freelance, academic, YouTube, social media, or experimental AI projects
Professional experience is not mandatory, but a strong portfolio is.
Stipend
₹12,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on skills, portfolio, creativity, technical knowledge, and overall capability.
