Job Title: Python Developer with AI/LLM Experience (1–3 Years Experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Python Developer with 1–3 years of experience who is passionate about building AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python development and exposure to integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and frameworks to build intelligent business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Python-based backend applications and APIs.
- Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models) into business applications.
- Build AI-powered workflows such as chatbots, document processing, summarization, and Q&A systems.
- Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration libraries.
- Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Optimize prompts, manage model responses, and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) where applicable.
- Collaborate with product, UI, and backend teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in Python development.
- Strong knowledge of Python libraries and REST API development (e.g., FastAPI or Flask).
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, ChromaDB, or Pinecone).
- Basic understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with RAG pipelines and embeddings.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and AI application deployment.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
