Front Desk & Client Handling
- Greet prospective property buyers, investors, and vendors professionally.
- Answer incoming calls and filter inquiries regarding project pricing, unit availability, and brochures.
- Direct corporate walk-ins or site visitors to assigned sales managers or relationship executives.
- Real Estate Project Coordination
- Record visitor data and log fresh lead details into the company's CRM database.
- Coordinate key management for model/sample apartments and manage property site tour requests.
- Disseminate updated project site information, amenities details, and payment structures to prospects
- General Office Administration
- Manage daily office files, incoming developer couriers, and digital project records.
- Schedule developer-client meetings and track conference room availability.
- Monitor administrative supplies, marketing brochures, and refreshments for visiting clients.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in real estate front desk, hospitality, or corporate reception roles. (Freshers with strong communication are frequently considered). [1, 3, 4, 5]
- Core Skills: Fluency in English and regional languages, hands-on MS Office (Excel) skills, strong phone etiquette, and problem-solving abilities. [1, 2, 3]
- Presentation: Professional attire and presentation are critical as you serve as the face of the brand.
- Job Outlook & Compensation
- Salary Range: Roughly ₹1,80,000 to ₹3,50,000 per annum depending on experience and the scale of the real estate developer.
