About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated BDS Doctor to join our dental clinic. The candidate should have good clinical knowledge, a willingness to learn, and a patient-focused approach. Freshers with strong fundamentals and doctors with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and provide basic dental treatments to patients under clinical protocols
- Perform general dental procedures including:
- Dental examination and consultation
- Scaling and polishing
- Restorations/fillings
- Tooth extractions (basic cases)
- Preventive dental care
- Taking impressions and assisting in prosthetic procedures
- Assist senior dentists in advanced treatments like:
- Root canal treatments (RCT)
- Crowns and bridges
- Smile designing cases
- Implant procedures
- Surgical procedures
- Explain treatment plans and procedures clearly to patients
- Maintain proper patient records, treatment notes, and follow-up details
- Handle dental equipment and maintain sterilization standards
- Ensure proper infection control and hygiene protocols
- Manage patient appointments and follow-ups when required
- Educate patients about oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Coordinate with dental assistants, lab technicians, and clinic staff
- Stay updated with new dental techniques and treatment practices
