Customer Care Executive at revolves around managing multichannel customer interactions, resolving issues, and meeting business performance metrics. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Managing inbound or outbound customer queries professionally via phone, Voice process .
- Issue Resolution: Actively listening to diagnose the root cause of consumer technical glitches or service issues.
- Sales & Upselling: Spotting organic conversion moments to cross-sell targeted services, products, or promotional upgrades.
- CRM Data Entry: Maintaining high data fidelity by accurately logging client issues, steps taken, and actions in the internal system.
- Internal Escalation: Routing unresolved edge cases smoothly to senior analyst groups or secondary support tiers.
Core Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduation or a bachelor’s degree in any mainstream field of study is generally preferred.
- Experience: Freshers are eligible, though 0–3 years of prior BPO or customer experience serves as an advantage.
- Language Fluency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills alongside strong phone etiquette.
- Technical Comfort: Basic software and computer operation skills, including navigation of database platforms and CRM tools.
- Work Flexibility: Absolute readiness to adapt to 24/7 rotational shifts, inclusive of nights, weekends, and regional holidays
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
