Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, your day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. You will focus on creating neural network configurations that efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. Your role includes conceptualizing model architectures that enhance natural language comprehension and generation, ensuring the models are scalable and adaptable to various applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align model capabilities with project goals is a key part of your daily activities, alongside continuous evaluation and refinement of model performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective model designs.
- Continuously monitor and optimize model performance to meet evolving project needs.
- Document architectural decisions and maintain clear communication across teams.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of language model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled datasets.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and methods to ensure high-quality language generation.
- Ability to work with distributed computing environments to handle large data volumes efficiently.
- Knowledge of optimization strategies to improve model accuracy and reduce computational costs.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
