Job Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on suitable courses and career pathways
- Understand student requirements and guide them with appropriate academic options
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads effectively
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, and certifications
- Maintain proper follow-ups and convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain student records and update CRM/system regularly
- Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth admission processes
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Student Counsellor or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities
- Ability to handle students and parents confidently
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
- Strong Admission closing skills
Preferred Candidates:
- Candidates with prior experience at Byju’s, Avodha, or similar EdTech/Training institutes will be given preference
