Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and proactive International Dispatch Executive to handle and coordinate international shipment operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing dispatch schedules, arranging air and sea freight bookings, maintaining export documentation including health certificates, coordinating with freight forwarders, and ensuring timely shipment movement and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage international dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate air freight and sea freight bookings for export shipments.
- Maintain and verify export-related documents including health certificates, invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA agents, shipping lines, airlines, and transport vendors.
- Track international shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.
- Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, production, quality, sales, and logistics teams.
- Follow up with authorities and agencies for shipment clearances and documentation requirements.
- Handle shipment planning to ensure timely dispatch as per delivery schedules.
- Maintain dispatch records, shipment status reports, and logistics documentation.
- Resolve shipment and dispatch-related operational issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and company procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in international dispatch, export logistics, or shipment coordination.
- Good knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
- Experience in handling air and sea shipments.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics systems.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and work under deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Good follow-up and vendor coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
- Experience working with freight forwarders and export agencies will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
