Client & Visitor Experience
- Welcome clients, investors, and guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Ensure a premium hospitality experience from arrival to departure.
- Coordinate refreshments and meeting arrangements for visitors.
- Address guest requests and resolve service-related issues promptly.
Office Hospitality Management
- Oversee pantry, cafeteria, reception, and hospitality services.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean, fully equipped, and ready before scheduled meetings.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of all common areas.
- Maintain high standards of office ambience, décor, and comfort.
Housekeeping & Facility Coordination
- Supervise housekeeping staff and monitor daily cleaning schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections of office facilities.
- Coordinate with facility management for maintenance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Event & Meeting Coordination
- Plan and coordinate internal meetings, board meetings, client presentations, and corporate events.
- Arrange catering, seating, audio-visual equipment, and event logistics.
- Support launches, employee engagement activities, and festive celebrations.
Inventory & Budget Control
- Maintain stock of pantry supplies, consumables, and hospitality materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement.
- Control hospitality expenses while maintaining service quality.
Team Management
- Supervise receptionists, pantry staff, and housekeeping personnel.
- Train team members on customer service standards and office etiquette.
- Prepare duty rosters and monitor attendance and performance.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure adherence to company policies and hospitality standards.
- Implement continuous improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain documentation, service records, and vendor contracts.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
