Job Title: Staff Nurse

Overview: The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing healthcare services to students and staff. This role involves assessing health needs, administering first aid, managing health records, and promoting a healthy school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff.
- Manage and maintain student health records.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Conduct health screenings and immunization programs.
- Educate students and staff on health and wellness topics.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers to support student health.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or equivalent.
- Valid nursing license.
- Experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and provide compassionate care.
