Propenu is a growing PropTech platform focused on building a more trusted, transparent, and efficient real estate ecosystem. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our team in Digital Marketing and Customer Care.
Roles & Responsibilities Digital Marketing
- Assist in managing social media platforms and content.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Research market trends, competitors, and real estate topics.
- Assist with content creation, basic creatives, and campaign activities.
- Support website, SEO, and online marketing initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
Customer Care
- Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Assist customers with platform-related queries.
- Make follow-up calls and support lead management.
- Update customer details and interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain accurate records.
