Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and respond to Client feedback across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, phone) and manage the end-to-end client feedback process, including complaints, compliments, and other service-related input.
- Regular Reporting and work closely with department head to ensure feedback is addressed in a timely and appropriate manner
- Prepare monthly/Quarterly Feedback Dashboard (Excel / Google Sheet) to analyze the data with department-wise rating summary, positive & improvement areas, and CAPA.
- Annual Feedback Trend Report (for management review & ISO audit support)
Preferred Skills :
- Fluent communication in English, Hindi, Gujarati
- Active listening ability
- MS Excel
- Google Sheet
Qualification : B.com/ BBA/ Any Non technical bachelors degree
