About the Role
SK Marketing Tiles and Tapz is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong computer proficiency, excellent data management skills, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to maintain confidential business records.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain business data in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Create and maintain reports using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Analyze and organize data using Pivot Tables, Excel formulas, and lookup functions.
- Manage and maintain records using Google Sheets and Google Forms.
- Verify source documents and identify and correct data discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate digital records while ensuring data confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal departments to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of:
- Excel Formulas
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP & HLOOKUP
- Data Validation
- Experience with Google Sheets and Google Forms
- Good knowledge of MS Word
- Basic knowledge of HTML (Preferred)
- Typing speed of 35 WPM or above
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Candidate Requirements
- Age up to 35 years
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Entry, MIS, or Back Office Operations
- Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass), Diploma, or Any Graduate
- Candidates residing in or around Jadcherla, Mahabubnagar will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
